The game has multiple hidden missions, some of them very strange. This is not counting the multiple MODS available that further open up the range of missions that can be played. Some of the hidden missions that you can unlock are:
the lost submarine
This quest will only appear if you have purchased the dock with sonar search. You must go with Michael and you will have to use a submarine to find 25 pieces hidden under the sea using the radar that the submarine has.
cannibals
This quest only appears when you are playing as Trevor. You will have to meet some strange and crazy people and instead of taking him to the place they indicate you, you can take him to the top of a mountain where some psychopaths live who kidnap and eat people.
On the map you will be able to see the location of the hill because it will be marked with an A and it will say altruistic. After delivering people with this group of maniacs, you will receive a good amount of money.
