If you want to edit or apply a design to your slides, keep in mind that any change (text, marker, etc.) must be repeated on each slide separately. This is done so that they all match the updated layout of the presentation. You can also make a light or lighting effect in a presentation. To change the existing design on the slides, what you should do is the following:

Step 1

Within the PowerPoint program in the bar located at the top you will find several options, locate the one that receives the name of “View” or “View” there you will click on “Slide Master”.

Step 2

Selecting the above option will bring up a thumbnail panel displaying a set of slide masters. It will be here where you will have the opportunity to choose one that best suits the image you want to show your audience.

Of course, if in your opinion none of these patterns meet the standard you hope to meet, there is always the option of “blank design” where you can let your imagination run wild.

Step 3

If you want to change an existing layout there are two things you can do: One is to add one of those placeholders by selecting the “Insert placeholder” option located in the “Slide Master” section.

It is then up to you to choose from the list the kind of placeholder you want and then decide what location you expect it to take when you click on the place.

The second will basically consist of adding, editing or deleting a placeholder that is within the slide design, giving greater management of the resources that you want to display.

Step 4

When it comes to changing the name of the design, you will see that in the list on the side known as the thumbnail panel, you have the possibility of right-clicking on the custom design and then selecting the option “Change design name”.
