Electric bicycles are not just for the city, in the world of mountain biking they also have a long way to go since, although purists may not like it, their assistance makes venturing into the mountains more accessible to a wider range of users. Little by little, new models are released and the last to arrive is the Moto Parilla Tricolore.

It has a Polini E-P3+MX motor with 250 W of power, although it can reach peaks of up to 600 W, to which it adds a maximum torque of 90 Nm, so pedaling assistance is guaranteed, although for complying with European EPAC regulations only supports the user up to 25 km/h.

It does, yes, for quite a distance and thanks to an 880 Wh battery it homologates a range of 100 kilometers.

The logical thing when reading all its electrical components is to think that something like this should considerably increase the weight of the bicycle, but the truth is that it manages to contain only 21 kilos thanks to the use of light materials in other sections.

The most outstanding in this field is the fact that the helmet is a carbon fiber monocoque (in which both the wiring and the front light are integrated), that the same material is present in the seat post or that the cover is made from hemp.

Other notable elements of the model are the double suspension system (ZEB SELECT 38 mm front fork with 180 mm of travel and Rock-Shox Monarch Plus shock absorber), the hydraulic brake system and the 12-speed transmission that allows more management options. to the cyclist.

The brand has not yet revealed the prices of the model, but it has detailed on its website the specifications of each of the three versions with which it will be available: Tricolore M, Tricolore MR and Tricolore MX.
