The 125 range of the French manufacturer is complemented by the arrival of the new Peugeot Pulsion 125 Euro 5, a much-needed update for the interests of a brand that, if it is characterized by anything, is its high specialization in the creation of scooters. Of the different categories available in its catalogue, the GT 125 continues to be one of the main ones in terms of sales and popularity, since, for example, in the Spanish market, it has experienced a growth of 3% in the last two years. . A very significant fact and, possibly, one of the main reasons why the house of the lion has decided to modernize its versatile grand tourism for the A1 license.

As in previous versions, it maintains its confidence in the well-known family of PowerMotion engines (single-cylinder 4T LC SOHC 4V), equipped with LFE technology. In the specific case of this 125 cc version, it is one of the most powerful and performing engines in its category, as it is capable of developing a maximum power of 14.4 hp at 8,800 rpm and a torque of 12.4 Nm. To all this, we must add in this new generation a significant improvement in aspects such as average consumption, less noise and, in general, an even smoother and more pleasant operation.

The cycle part is maintained from the previous versions, in brakes, it uses a disc per axle (260 mm in the front and 210 mm in the rear) and, in suspension, it mounts a 39/95 mm telescopic fork and a rear double shock absorber 90 mm, while the wheels are 14 and 13 inches respectively. At the same time, as extra safety elements, the Pulsion range has an advanced braking system that combines the effectiveness of the CBS and ABS (brake distribution and anti-lock braking) systems, as well as the emergency braking warning, which makes it one of the safest scooters in its segment.

As regards finishes and equipment, we can choose between three versions: Allure, GT and Active. All of them characterized by a flat platform and a very recognizable lighting system, equipped with DLR in the form of feline fangs at the front and the typical three claws at the back. Likewise, the Allure version will also come standard with a 39-litre rear top case to match the body color which, added to the 39-litre capacity of its compartment under the seat, will provide us with a total of 78 litres. or, what is the same, the possibility of easily transporting a jet helmet and a full face helmet at the same time. Finally, in the case of the GT version, its main distinctive feature will be a decoration that combines an elegant base color called Satin Titanium with yellow finishes and an aluminum protector for its footrest platform. Details that, at first glance, give it a more sporty touch.

The Peugeot Pulsion 125 Euro5 are now available at the official dealer network at a price of €4,815 for the Active version, €5,035 for the GT and €5,175 for the Allure.
