A good acceleration race between three supercars of more than 500 hp is always an attraction that any fan is willing to see. Carwow’s colleagues have decided to put it into practice and have brought together the Ferrari 488 Pista, the Lamborghini Huracán STO and the Porsche 992 GT3 in one place for a series of drag races.

The three supercars will face each other in a series of drag races, some from a standing start and some from a rolling start using the different drive modes and transmission settings to test their performance. At the end you will find an emergency braking test.

But, before you check it out, let me tell you a bit about its specs. The first is the Ferrari 488 Pista, a model with a 3.9-liter V8 biturbo that develops 720 horsepower and 770 Nm of maximum torque. The block is linked to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission that sends all the power to the rear.

At the performance level, the Ferrari announces a 0 to 100 km/h in 2.85 seconds, as well as a top speed of 340 km/h. The weight, in this case, remains at 1,385 kilos.

Next up is the Lamborghini Huracán STO. This extreme version opts for a naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 engine with 640 hp and a maximum torque of 600 Nm. It features a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission, as well as a rear-wheel drive setup.

In this case, the Lamborghini model stops the stopwatch in exactly 3 seconds to go from 0 to 100 km/h, while its maximum speed is 310 km/h. All this, with a weight of 1,340 kg.

Finally, the Porsche 992 GT3. In this case, the chosen engine is a 4.0-liter naturally aspirated six-cylinder boxer with an output of 510 hp and a maximum torque of 470 Nm. Although it is available with a manual gearbox, this unit is committed to the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission PDK, connected to the rear axle.

This allows the GT3 to go from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 318 km/h. The weight of this model is the highest of all the participants in the acceleration race, with 1,435 kilos. Watch the video (in English) to find out which one is the fastest.
