Your life could be so much better with this camper and off-road trailer

Never before has a camper option as versatile as this one offered by Off Grid Trailers with its Sprocket model been concentrated in so little space.

What you see here is an off-road camper trailer made by Canadian off-road motorhome company Off Grid Trailers. The name of this model is Sprocket. Do you want to know all the details?

Off Grid Trailers defines the Sprocket as “a small, lightweight trailer powering a bigger, more powerful machine” and explains that “Sprocket’s modular design is the key to your adventure foundation, allowing you to add options and accessories based on preference of each client”.

The Sprocket is built on the chassis of another model, called the Expedition, and is essentially a lightened Expedition: a little shorter (3.96 meters long instead of 4.21 inches long) and modular, that is, it It comes less equipped from origin and then options can be added.

While the base Expedition starts at $32,750 (29,730 euros), the Sprocket starts at $23,500 (21,332 euros).

But let’s explain how you can add elements to its modular construction: if you look closely at the white trailer (see gallery), there are holes to anchor screws and, above them, side-mounted accessories, such as a shower cubicle. on the driver’s side and sink or cooker with two burner pull-outs on the passenger’s side.

Of course, it should be noted that, before buying it, you have to decide what type of front box (where the slide-in cooler goes) you want, because the normal Sprocket comes with a standard half-height front box, while the Sprocket X has a taller front box, with luggage rack.

Both versions feature suspension, aluminum wheels with 265/70 R17 BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires, a water- and dust-tight front door, lockable with a custom lock, and tinted/shielded window, as well as a dual USB outlet, interior LED lights, 1000 watt transformer, ground power cord, a fan and many more accessories.

The Sprocket is made entirely of aluminum (no wood) and features rigid foam insulation and polypropylene boards, which speaks to its quality and soundproofing.

The bed is 2 meters long and 1.42 meters wide and has a convertible mattress made of high-density foam 15 centimeters thick.

And just because it’s compact doesn’t mean it doesn’t have storage space, as it has cabinets at the rear that are accessible from both the inside and outside, through an upward-opening hatch.

Thanks to its modularity, owners can add a lot of products and accessories available in the Off Grid Trailers product catalog, such as:

Fenders, jack, roof rack, spare tire, drop-down interior shelves, fridge, shower, water tank, waterproof speakers, gas tank, extra batteries, solar panels, awning and almost everything you can imagine and need.

Off Grid Trailers’ Sprocket off-road camper trailer is already on sale with first deliveries expected to begin in July. Check the Off Grid Trailers website for more information.
