The TDTChannels channel list has been renewed again. There are some that the platform has added or updated and others that have been removed. If you are one of those who watch free television through this DTT streaming service, we leave you with the changes that have been applied to the catalogue.
TDTChannels has become an alternative for those who cannot watch channels or listen to the radio on their television. If you cannot get a signal from Digital Terrestrial Television, some regional channels or stations, or you prefer to watch TV from your computer, with Internet, this platform is ideal.
On Discord, they have shared the news in the TDTChannels lists, to watch free-to-air and streaming TV and radio channels. Since yesterday, August 7, 2024, the channels that have been added are the following:
- RTVE Crime: RTVE’s streaming channel with series and documentaries based on crimes.
- Citytv Colombia: with the latest news and entertainment from Bogotá (Colombia) and around the world.
They have also announced the update of several others:
- Telemadrid: the Spanish regional television channel that broadcasts in the Community of Madrid and that, if you are outside, you can watch on TDTChannels.
- Castilla-La Mancha Media: with news, breaking news, press rooms and information related to Castilla-La Mancha.
- 12TV Alicante: focuses on current events in Alicante and the entire province, although it also covers the highlights of the national and international scene.
- betevé: provides the latest news on what is happening in Barcelona.
- TV Costa Brava: to discover the most interesting current news from Baix Empodrà .
- Cancionero TV: current affairs television based in Baena (Córdoba).
- FORO TV Mexico: a channel focused on current events in Mexico and belonging to TelevisaUnivision.
- Telepacifico Colombia: a regional public television channel from the Colombian Pacific that claims to be committed to the social and cultural development of the area.
Unfortunately, there is one channel that is no longer available. It is RTVE Eurovision, which is especially focused on the content of the Eurovision Song Contest. However, it was not unusual for TDTChannel to get rid of it, since the Spanish Radio and Television Corporation (RTVE) itself no longer broadcasts it. It was a channel that was launched in May on the occasion of the celebration of the musical contest and it no longer made sense to keep it.
What’s happening with TDTChannel radio stations?
Radio is another of TDTChannel’s strong points. Its list of stations is huge and radio amateurs can enjoy a wide variety of very diverse content.
As Marc LaQuay has pointed out on Discord, they have added the esRadio Arnedo radio station. The current affairs and podcast radio station that focuses on the entire region of La Rioja Baja and Ribera de Navarra. It is perfect, especially if you are not in the area and want to find out what is happening there.
They have also updated the Vox UJI Rà dio station. This is the radio station created at the Universitat Jaume I and which focuses on content generated by the academic institution in Castellón de la Plana.
Although we have received this good news, radio lovers will suffer two station losses on TDTChannels. Specifically, they have announced the elimination of La Rumbera (from Seville) and Onda Fuenmayor (the municipal radio station of the Riojan town).
