Although it just debuted very recently, the Digi TV television service is already adding more channels to its subscription. Users, thanks to this, now have the opportunity to access two new proposals that will provide them with a large number of series to enjoy.
When Digi TV arrived a few days ago, there were users who commented that the number of available channels was not too high. Or, at least, they insisted that some that could be considered fundamental were missing. Luckily, the situation is changing as we can deduce with the introduction of these two new channels that you will surely recognize without problems.
Calle 13 arrives with new series
Over the years, the Calle 13 channel has been a reference for those people who enjoy television series related to crimes, police officers and all types of crimes. It is an ideal channel due to the great thrust of the productions it releases, which include some of the most legendary series of the genre. For example, one of the premieres they are preparing is the return of Law and Order: Special Victims Unit, a series that will enjoy a 26th season with which followers of this fictional production will have a new batch of episodes.
The channel is also preparing season 12 of the series Chicago PD, which over time has become one of the most spectacular productions of the genre. And, of course, in January, Fire Country premieres, the series that will take us directly to the epicenter of the serious forest fires occurring in California. Starring actor Max Thieriot, who puts all his experience after growing up in this dangerous environment into the series, the series promises great emotions. It will premiere on January 13 and will feature a large cast of recognizable faces who will show the complex work of elite firefighters.
The best science fiction on Syfy
The other channel that has joined Digi TV is Syfy. If Calle 13 is one of the main proposals for police and crime series, in the case of Syfy, it is an infallible option if you like science fiction. On this channel you have all kinds of premieres and really juicy productions in which we travel to other worlds and find a multitude of fantasy stories.
Of course, Syfy doesn’t come to Digi TV without something to offer all of the operator’s users. In this case it is another top-level premiere that is scheduled for January 7. And it is nothing other than the series The Spiderwick Chronicles, the television version of the fantasy novel saga that you may know from its time in theaters. In any case, it is not the only premiere or the only series of interest that we can see on this channel.
That these two channels arrive on Digi TV simultaneously is not a coincidence, since both are owned by NBCUniversal. It is to be imagined that the trend continues and that the operator’s television service continues to introduce new channels as the weeks go by. For the moment, what the entity’s users are finding is that the television service continues to grow so that the proposal it makes is increasingly more interesting.
