January 2024 is the month of changes, or at least that is what it seems with the new features that operators in Spain have been releasing. The last to join the changes is Virgin, and all because this operator brings important improvements to its rate catalog: more gigabytes for mobile lines and more fiber speed.
This operator from the MásMóvil Group joins the group of companies that have decided to renew their catalog of offers. At the beginning of January, there was only bad news for Virgin customers. They were going to pay more for the same rates. However, now they surprise and improve the conditions so that their users can also enjoy better rates.
Although, it must be remembered that, during the first week of January, it was already possible to see how Virgin rates rose to a maximum of 4 euros. In some cases, the increase was only 1 euro, 2 euros or 3 euros.

It is true that Virgin’s rates are no longer so cheap, but the operator has stepped up and brings new features to its catalogue. From now on, not only will you be able to enjoy up to double the GB for your mobile, but customers of this operator can contract faster fiber.
To give you an idea, one of the main changes is that fiber goes from 600 Mbps to 1 Gbps. And for the same price. On the other hand, mobile rates also increase by GB. In some cases, you can find up to double the mobile gigabytes. So, without a doubt, it is good news for the clients of this operator.
In any case, this is how the operator’s fiber and mobile rates look with these new features:
- Fiber with 300 Mbps and 30 GB for the mobile for 41 euros per month.
- Fiber with 300 Mbps and 100 GB for the mobile for 49 euros per month.
- Fiber with 1 Gbps and 30 GB for the mobile for 51 euros per month.
- Fiber with 1 Gbps and mobile line with 100 GB for 59 euros per month.
In these rates, it goes from 25 GB to 30 GB and from 50 GB to 100 GB. Therefore, in the latter case, the gigabytes for the mobile phone are doubled. In addition, the 600 Mbps fiber, as we previously warned, goes up to 1,000 Mbps. And all for the same price, since it must be taken into account that Virgin already raised prices at the beginning of January. And in each of these convergent packages you can add additional mobile lines, the pay TV service from 8 euros per month or extras such as Netflix Fan, DAZN or WiFi Mesh.
Although, if you only want to contract a mobile-only or Internet-only plan from Virgin, then you have to take a look at its catalog, since it also changes:
- From 15 GB to 20 GB for 12 euros per month.
- From 25 GB to 30 GB for 16 euros per month.
- From 600 Mbps to 1 Gbps for 44 euros per month.
Therefore, these are all the best ones that the MásMóvil Group operator brings for 2024. And even more so when at the beginning of the year, its clients had to see a price increase without any improvement in conditions.
