Almost no one can deny that when talking about the text editor that is part of Microsoft’s Office suite, Word, we are referring to a highly complete and functional program. However, as with most software solutions, there is always room for improvement.
Despite all the years it has been with us and the evolution it has undergone, many users still miss some functions and tools. Like any other program, this text editor can be improved, something that we are going to demonstrate in these same lines.

Tools that should come to Word
Here we are going to show you some very simple commonly used tools that many are missing in the Word editor. More advanced users may need other more specific professional functions that we will not go into in these lines.
Delete and add blank pages. Something as simple as adding and removing blank pages when we are working in this program is not as accessible as it seems. What’s more, sometimes these blank pages are created and are not visible in the document layout, something that Microsoft should change and improve here, for example through a simple button.
Automatic saving of new documents. Surely many of you have configured automatic saving of documents in Word. However, for this function to be launched we first have to assign a name, otherwise the program as such was nothing. If we don’t give it a name and suddenly lose it, we have a problem. This is another bug that Microsoft should correct and also auto-save new documents in the editor.
Greater synchronization with Excel formulas. Many of you are fully aware that in Word we have the possibility of creating our own personalized tables. However, for this type of work, Excel is the most suitable program. Hence, many users request some of the most basic and important functions of the spreadsheet application in the text editor when working with tables.
In fact, on many occasions, users demand greater interoperability between the different Office applications to be able to combine jobs in a more useful and effective way. This is something that Microsoft has been working on for some time to improve document sharing between these programs.
