Image Preparation
- Open the file where you have saved the image, remember to open it with right click directly with Corel Photo Paint.

- Open the Object Manager window, select Window from the menu, and click Dockers.

Change the color of an image area in Corel Photo Paint
- First select the foreground color from the property bar, modify the values, double click on this option, or you can choose it from the color palette at the bottom.

- Go to the Property Bar that is on the left side, press the drop count tool, you will have three areas or sizes: 1×1, 3×3, 5×5, or if you prefer, specify the area.
- After having chosen the area, proceed to click on the area of the image that you want to change its color.
- Then select on the layer that you have duplicated.
- Head over to the property bar again and select the replace color tool, hold it down with the left mouse button, as you color the entire area you’ve chosen to change the color.
How to change the color of the image by two or more colors
- Follow the previous steps to change the color of the image or an area of the image.
- Choose the other color from the color palette.
- Click on the drop count tool and choose an area.
- Press again on the area you want to color with the second color.
- Go to the property bar again and select the replace color tool, trace over the zone or area to apply the color, try not to leave any space without coloring.

- Choose the foreground color from the property bar and modify the values.
- Press the brush tool from the property bar, as you know other options related to this tool will be enabled.
- Proceed to choose a brush shape according to the area to be colored.
- Please select a suitable size.

- Proceed to color carefully with your brush.
- If you inadvertently colored another area, click the Eraser tool on the property bar and erase the blemishes.
