If what we want is to copy and paste several texts at the same time in a Word sheet, what we have to do is follow the steps indicated below:

First we go to the text that we want to copy, it can be the text of a web page or some other place where we have observed it. Once we have the text on the screen we are ready to select it.

We drag the mouse cursor to the beginning of the text we want to copy, then we left click and without letting go we drag until we select the text we want. We will see how the text that we are selected is marked in blue, then we release the click to indicate that it is only that text.

Now, to select another part of the text, but that is not linked to the previously selected one. We must press the Ctrl key, without letting go we do the same selection action that we did before, we left click and without letting go we select the text that we want.
