Amazon will celebrate its days of deep discounts on July 11 and 12, 2023 with thousands of products with deep discounts. If you want to prepare for the days of offers, one of the best ways is to download the application on your mobile phone to be able to access it from anywhere and be aware of all the flash offers at any time of the day.
Although there are already some products on sale on Prime Day 2023, Amazon will launch all the offers at midnight on July 11. If you want to keep an eye on it throughout the day, it may be much more comfortable to do so using the app instead of depending on a computer or accessing the browser to open the website of the online store.
Download the app
The Amazon application is a free app that we can download for iOS and Android. You simply have to search for the “Amazon purchases” app in the Google Play Store or the App Store and download it to your mobile phone by following the steps of the application stores.
When you have downloaded it, log in with your Amazon account and you can already have chosen the address and the usual payment method to make purchases in a single click in a much more comfortable way than using the website of the online store.
Within the app, we touch the three points in the lower right corner and we can access all the sections that interest us: my orders, my lists. Also, at the top you will find a Prime section with direct access to Amazon Music, Amazon Prime Reading and other services included in the shopping app.
Amazon Prime Day in the app
From the application we can see a banner with Prime Day offers. You will see a timer that tells us how many hours and minutes we have left until the offers start.
If we touch on it, it will take us to the main offers and discounts. All you have to do is scroll to see the different categories or sections: today’s offers, wow offers, Amazon Fresh offers…
Once we like any product, we tap on it and it will open in full screen. We will see the title, description, photograph, the offer price and the usual price. If we scroll we can choose between different colors or sizes (if you have the possibility) and if you keep scrolling you will see delivery details: date and time and configured address. Finally, on this screen, we will have two options: buy now and add to cart.
The difference between one and the other is that adding it to the basket will allow us to continue choosing products before making the payment. If we touch on “Buy now” it will automatically take us to the screen where we will choose the shipping address and the payment method to make the purchase. The best thing, in these cases, is that you add products to the basket until you have everything. When you have it, click on the basket icon at the bottom and complete with the yellow button that indicates “process order”.
In addition, on the page of each product (whether it is Prime Day or not and whether it is on sale or not) we will also see other essential details about who ships the product, who sells it or whether or not it allows returns when buying it.
Manage wish lists
From the application we can see the wish lists that we have previously created with all the products that interest us and that we want to buy. We can see them in a couple of clicks. You simply have to open the app that you have already installed and tap on the three lines in the lower right corner of the screen. A drop-down menu will open and we touch on “my lists”. Here the default list will open. Tap on the top right corner of the screen and choose “view lists” and you can choose the one you want.
Once inside your wish list, add what you want to the basket and complete the payment.
