The Japanese firm has just presented the renewed Honda Jazz e:HEV 2023, an update that presents several novelties, including a new sports version.
The new generation of the Honda Jazz has undergone its first update. It is a restyling that introduces several novelties, especially in the mechanical section of its hybrid propulsion system, and now has a new sports version. These are all the new features of the Honda Jazz e:HEV 2023.
On an aesthetic level, the Elegance and Advance trim levels have a renewed grille and a darker headlight insert. The bumpers have also been updated and now offers revised colors for the design of the alloy wheels of the Advance version.
The Jazz Crosstar also features several design updates, including a honeycomb-style grille, updated bumpers with silver lower-body inserts, and new side skirts. There is also a new finish for the alloy wheels and an exterior paint called Fjord Mist blue.
The interior of the Elegance and Advance trims, meanwhile, feature new color, material and finish options, while the Crosstar version introduces new seat upholstery, an updated dashboard, new door sill plates, a new finishing for the dashboard and center console, and a minimalist design for the two-spoke steering wheel.
Honda Jazz e:HEV 2023: an urban hybrid renewed with a new sports version
Among the novelties that affect the range, the new Advance Sport sports version stands out. This finish debuts Urban Gray paint, new finishes for the front bumper, a sport grille, gloss black wing mirrors and 16-inch alloy wheels.
Inside we find all the novelties of the restyling, as well as seats upholstered in a unique combination of suede and black synthetic leather, while the new three-spoke steering wheel, the central armrest and the door panels have contrasting yellow stitching.
Another section in which the new Honda Jazz e:HEV 2023 has improved is in the hybrid propulsion system. Honda has updated it to increase efficiency and performance. It consists of two electric motors that increase their combined power by 10 kW (14 PS), while the 1.5-litre petrol engine now develops 107 PS. The result is a total power of 122 CV.
The automatic gearbox has been improved, while the Advance Sport version features a revised throttle map for a sportier response. This version also has a revised suspension that increases the rigidity of the set. The entire range now offers a towing capacity of 500 kilos.
To complete the improvements to the 2023 Jazz e:HEV, the company has installed the latest generation of the Honda Sensing system with a higher definition camera and angle, and the Traffic Jam Assist function has been improved. At the moment there are no known prices for Spain, although sales will begin at the beginning of this year.
