Quickly connect to WiFi networks
It may happen that you are somewhere where you regularly have to switch WiFi networks. Whether at home or at the office; it can be cumbersome to keep going to the Settings app for that. To quickly connect your iPhone or iPad to another network, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Press and hold your finger on the network palette (top left, recognizable by the WiFi symbol).
- Now hold your finger on the Wi-Fi symbol.
- Select a network and enter the password if necessary. This password is saved, so that you can switch from now on without having to enter the password every time.
If you still need advanced settings, you can also access them from this menu. At the bottom of the list of available networks, tap Wi-Fi settings to open it.
Connect quickly with Bluetooth device
Do you use different Bluetooth devices in succession? Then it can be useful to know that you can also quickly switch between them. You don’t have to find and use the Settings app. To quickly connect to another Bluetooth device, follow these steps:
- Open the Control Panel.
- Press and hold your finger on the network palette (top left, recognizable by the Bluetooth logo).
- Now press and hold your finger on the Bluetooth logo.
- Select a Bluetooth device and enter a pairing code if necessary.
You can also quickly access the Bluetooth settings from this menu, if you still need them. Tap Bluetooth settings under the device list to open it.
