How do I watch the 2022 Winter Olympics on iPhone and iPad?

The Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics will take place from February 4 to 20, 2022. It involves a total of 109 competitions in 15 sports, including alpine skiing, bobsleigh and curling. It is 7 hours later in Beijing than in the Netherlands and Belgium, which means that most games will take place in the morning and afternoon. Of course we hope for many medals. According to research agency Nielsen, the Dutch can count on 21 medals, 12 of which are gold. Three of these are intended for short track star Suzanne Schulting. Russia and Norway have even better chances and, according to the analysts, will go home with even more medals.

At 80 kilometers from Beijing we find Yanqing, where the following sports competitions are played: alpine skiing, bobsleigh, skeleton and luge.

Zhangjiakous is the zone where snowboarding, freestyle skiing, biathlon, cross-country skiing, ski jumping and the Nordic combination take place. This year’s seven new events are monobob (women), freestyle skiing big air (women and men), mixed team short track relay, mixed team ski jumping, mixed team freestyle skiing aerials and mixed team snowboard cross.

Eurosport Player is an international online streaming video service from Discovery, Inc., the parent company of Eurosport. On Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 you can watch the live programs Medal Zone and Beijing Today every day. In it you will get all the highlights from the matches presented by Sander Kleikers, Koen Weijland and Tessa Veldhuis. The finals, medals and ceremonies are also shown.

NPO

Did you miss something? You can watch all kinds of moments from the Winter Olympics via the NPO app. Unfortunately, the app doesn’t have a dedicated section for sports, so you’ll have to find an event yourself. Popular events, on the other hand, are put on the front page if they are searched for a lot. The NPO app is also available on Apple TV.

NLSees
