Lowi joins recent initiatives of other operators in which the speed of fiber has been increased in their convergent rates without incurring an extra cost for the customer. If you are from Lowi, we will tell you about your new conditions and how to request this change.
First it was MásMóvil, then it was Simyo and now Lowi. Starting today, the low cost operator increases its previous minimum speed of 100 Mbps and stands at the 300 Mbps barrier, a speed that it already offered in higher rates. In addition, it will also continue to retain its mobile customers with an extra data bonus, also at no additional cost.
300 Mbps for current and new customers
The benefit is available from today March 9 for new or current customers. The latter will have to request the speed change from their private area within the My Lowi application. This will not imply an additional cost or an increase in permanence.
New Minimum Lowi Speed
Once the change has been requested, your bill will continue to be 29.95 euros per month for 300 Mbps symmetric fiber + mobile with unlimited calls and 10 GB of data. The rest of Lowi’s convergent rates remain with the current conditions:
- Symmetric fiber of 300 Mbps + mobile with unlimited calls and 25 GB of data for 34.95 euros per month.
- Symmetric fiber of 600 Mbps + mobile with unlimited calls and 30 GB of data for 39.95 euros per month.
The 300 Mbps Symmetric Fiber service translates into a speed of 37.5 MB per second both upload and download. In Lowi there is a permanence of only 3 months for the fiber to enjoy the free installation. As for the gigas, they are cumulative from one month to the next if you have not consumed them.

Gift also for mobile customers
Those who only enjoy phone service with Lowi will be happy to know that they have been thought of as well. Again, from the My Lowi application and the user area you will see that there is a new free gigabyte bonus belonging to the “Los de Lowi” loyalty program.
Generally, this service rewards customers with a 25 GB gift for each year they have been with the company: 1 year = 25 GB, 2 years = 50 GB, 3 years = 75 GB and so on.
In this case, it will be 20 GB additional to those contracted in the rate and accumulated for each year, allowing you to enjoy extra mobile data for the coming weeks. This bonus can be activated until April 15 and can be enjoyed until the 30th of the same month.
Taking into account that Easter is this year from Sunday, April 10 to Sunday, April 17, you will probably be clearer on vacation without having to worry so much about data consumption wherever you spend it.
