Requirements to work at DiDi
To begin with, it is important that you know that only users registered in the DiDi application can become driving partners. Download the DiDi Conductor app from Google Play or the App Store and create a user with your data. If you live in Colombia you must be at least 18 years old and in Chile the minimum age is 21.
Another important requirement is to have a car in optimal conditions to work at DiDi, which meets the basic safety standards: seat belt, ABS brakes, airbags. In terms of comfort and presentation, it must be in good condition inside and out, without cosmetic damage, air conditioning or optimal windows. Documents to work in DiDi
Depending on the country and the city where you are, you can change the documents you need to work as a driver in DiDi. - Current SOAT insurance documentation.
DiDi Chile:
- Be at least 21 years old
- National ID with the RUT number
- Valid Chilean driver’s license classification A1-A5 or B
- Current criminal record certificate
DiDi Mexico
To be a Driver Partner you will need:
- IFE/INE in force
- Current license
- CURP (INE applies with CURP)
- Valid car circulation card
- Private car insurance.
But to be a registered non-driving member you need:
- Valid official identification (INE, IFE)
- Valid vehicle circulation card
- Current vehicle insurance
- Document where your CURP is displayed
- And if you are a foreigner you will need: (FM, valid passport)
You must take into consideration that the vehicle you will use must be a 4-door vehicle, with the capacity for 4 users to travel comfortably, the year of manufacture of the vehicle cannot be less than 2007, additionally in DiDi there is a list of the names of the vehicles that are allowed so you should check the list when registering the vehicle.
