It is very likely that many of you, especially if you are personally or professionally focused on development, will be interested to know that the new version of Duet AI now has support for working with data sets from up to 25 partner companies.
As it could not be otherwise, this association is given to help developers with tasks such as creating applications for certain specific platforms. This means that from now on Duet AI is prepared to directly take advantage of data from Confluent, HashiCorp or MongoDB, among others. The objective of all this is clear, to give a hand to developers when writing code for their platforms. Among these developer support platforms, the search giant has mentioned Duet AI in BigQuery, Looker, Apigee and Colab Enterprise for databases. In this way, the company wants to position this intelligent solution as a product for users and companies that is perfect for programming.
As Google itself tells us, these AI tools do not replace, but rather complement, coding projects in order to increase productivity. Furthermore, good use of this type of platforms such as Duet AI achieves more optimized and secure applications in a shorter period of time.
For its part, it is important to know that developers will also have free access to experiment with Gemini Pro through Google AI Studio. We are talking about a tool compatible with more than 20 languages. It also includes summary functions, error corrections or automatic generation of tests in coding.
Finally, we will tell you that Duet AI for developers will be available for free until February 1, 2024. After this testing period, it will cost $19 per month. In turn, Duet AI in security operations is now available and will be included as part of Google Cloud’s Security Operations Enterprise and Enterprise Plus packages.
