Óscar Vilda, executive director of Finetwork, said in an interview for the ADSLZone Group’s latest yearbook that mobile telephony stood out among its services, but that they wanted to give weight to fiber optics. According to the professional, the brand’s fiber had “wild growth potential” and they intended to exploit it. Some time after this testimony, the company has demonstrated its interest in this by lowering its rate for second homes.

Finetwork’s new fiber optic rate for second homes is only available “for customers with main fiber contracted” with the company. Currently, you can get fiber up to 600 Mbps with 55 GB of mobile per only 24.90 euross, so the move to get the offer doesn’t turn out bad at all.
According to the operator, the address you provide Internet to must be different from the main line, so you can use it for your vacation home or for a family member.
This second fiber rate for customers offers up to 300 Mbps and the installation and router in exchange for 14.90 euros per month and 12 months of permanence. However, it must be taken into account that Finetwork uses Vodafone coverage so said Internet speed will be subject to the operator with the red logo.
Although Vodafone is expanding its fiber optics in recent days in Spain, the areas with a 300 Mbps connection of this brand are very limited. In most of the national territory, the speed will actually be 100 Mbps. Therefore, Finetwork warns that the speed is subject to “geographic availability.”
However, it should be noted that, for its price and taking into account that it will be a connection for vacation stays, it is not bad at all.
