Movistar Plus+ television continues to prepare and test its next channels. Within its wide grid of dials that it makes available to its customers, there is also another series of channels that are not visible to everyone through the decoration. These are the channels in testing or, as the operator calls them, TEST channels. In addition to these, there are also other channels that are close to being released on pay TV.

The blue operator is always preparing the next channels that are going to be launched on its pay television, to do so, it is testing them. Now, these types of dials are not available in the physical deco, but only those who have a virtual deco will have the opportunity to see which channels are available at that moment.

During the last few days, the truth is that several channels have been added in tests. Among them, two TEST channels (with four versions, two in SD and two in HD), as well as two more that will surely be the next to land in the Movistar Plus+ catalogue.

The channels that Movistar Plus+ is already testing

First of all, the two new Test channels on Movistar television are: Test 1 and Test 2. These two channels even have images, so they show what you will be able to see on them. For example, Test 1 shows images from CGTN Documentary in English.

And, on the other hand, in Test 2 there are images from M+ LaLiga. So it is to be expected that, in the coming weeks, another football channel will be included in its extensive repertoire. In addition to this, it must be taken into account that these two dials have up to four versions, as we said, there are two in SD and two in HD. In total, there are more than 30 channels in testing, taking into account their different versions (SD, HD and 4K). And, as usual, in the coming days they may land permanently on the Movistar Plus+ grid.

In addition to these two Test channels, there are two others that pay TV customers are about to be able to watch. Although, in this case, it must be taken into account that these are regional channels. A few days ago, La 1 Aragón began to be visible in the virtual deco, but it is now showing the first images in both its SD and HD versions. It must be taken into account that this channel falls within the agreement reached by Movistar and RTVE so that the TV network can fulfill its public service as “a territorialized institution, according to the legal mandate,” as the interim president explained at the time. from RTVE, Elena Sánchez Caballero.

Last but not least, there is another autonomous HD channel in testing: La Ocho TV HD. This is the last to arrive within the different channels that are being tested from Movistar Plus+ television. So Valencia users may have to wait a little longer until it is definitely available on their Movistar UHD deco.
