The free channel platform Pluto TV also announces its news so that we know everything that we will be able to enjoy throughout the month. A few days ago they unveiled their new free channels and now it’s time to find out what their new series, specials and programs are.
Pluto TV maintains its leadership in the FAST channel sector, a market that is expanding in Spain and where Samsung TV Plus is another service that is very popular. But, today, the platform in first position is Pluto TV and, in a way, it is not surprising, since it has a really varied repertoire of channels with a lot of content. In November, they are reinforced with interesting proposals.
November’s big releases
We already talked to you about the new channels days ago, so let’s go directly to the new releases of the month and the different content that will try to captivate users. For example, on the 10th the MTV EMAs gala will be broadcast live at 9:00 p.m. on its respective MTV channel. In addition, today, November 4, Awkwafina es Nora de Queens premieres, a comedy series that can be seen on the Pluto TV Series Comedy channel. In it we find the well-known actress who gives name to the series playing a girl who, living in Queens, takes the step to maturity. The comedic tone and great versatility of Awkwafina make it a very entertaining series.
Today there are also other premieres: season 22 of Georgie Shore on the MTV Geordies channel and the Turkish series The Accident (The End), which can be seen on the Pluto TV Turkish Novels channel. For its part, on November 7 it will be the turn of the premiere of season 8 of Catfish: Lies on the Internet. It can be seen on the usual channel that brings together the series: MTV Catfish. Finally, on the 23rd, the MTV Music Made in Spain channel will witness the premiere of Lo más sonado. In addition, Roast Night (Spanish version) has also been released on Comedia Made in Spain and Roast Night (original version) on Pluto TV Series Comedia.
Doctor Who Special
Pluto TV’s Doctor Who channel is celebrating. It is 61 years since the start of the mega-series par excellence of British television and the platform wants to celebrate it in style. To do this, each week there will be a different marathon running that will allow us to enjoy great episodes. In addition, there will be a final culmination that will not be wasted either. At the moment, the special is already active on the channel through its first marathon. It focuses on the version of Doctor Who played by Christopher Eccleston, a historic actor who propelled the character into the modern era with which the series recovered all its magic. Its marathon will only last until November 5, so if you want to enjoy it, we recommend you turn on the channel as soon as possible. This is the Ninth Doctor Who in history and a character that is loved for his sarcastic personality.
Once that first marathon ends, between November 6 and 12, it will be the turn of the second, in which David Tennant will take the baton. The Tenth Doctor is one of those who have had the most impact on the audience, one who is characterized by his charisma and by that dark side that he can bring out when he encounters opposition from his enemies.
When David Tennant’s work is finished, it will be the time of Matt Smith, an actor who plays the Eleventh Doctor and who also has a great space in the hearts of fans. Your marathon will begin on the 13th and will run until November 19. One of the great challenges in this Doctor Who’s career comes right during his regeneration, having to test all his ability to face great danger. As fans already know, Smith plays a very eccentric doctor, but who also stands out for his ability to protect all the people around him.
As the last marathon we will have that of Peter Capaldi, Twelfth Doctor, a character who caused a lot of interest due to the way in which he changed, once again, the status quo of the mythical hero. Its marathon can be seen from the 20th to the 26th of November. But be careful, because, during the broadcast of your marathon, there will be a special moment that fans will not want to miss. It will be on November 23 at 10:00 p.m., a Saturday night in which we will vibrate with excitement because the 50th anniversary special will be broadcast. In this special chapter we have the opportunity to see three doctors together: John Hurt, David Tennant and Matt Smith, in which it is one of the greatest tributes to the legacy of the franchise.
