There are video games that release their DLC from time to time to update some of its qualities, or extend its version. The price of the DLC is according to each game. However, there are some that are totally free, others on the other hand are obtained automatically when buying the special edition of the video game or reserving the game, the DLC represent the additional content for the games that are sold separately from them.
How to download and install DLC on Steam?
Steam is one of the platforms for video game lovers, considered one of the best. To create a Steam account with games we only need to register on its official site, for free, and from there we will associate an account where all the games we buy will be registered.
To be able to download the DLC that we want from a computer, it is the same procedure as when we buy the video game, however we can already have the video game and download the DLC directly from the Steam store.
For many users of this platform it is easier to buy the DLC from its library, for this we only have to access the game library, select the game we want to expand, then in the central panel search for DLC, select it on the page that opens and from there the same procedure of buying the base game. Having it already downloaded, it should appear at the bottom of our library.
If what we want is to install DLC from a console like a PlayStation, we just have to go to its purchase library, select the item we want and buy it, from there select the download option. It is important to point out that if instead of the download option, an amount appears referring to a price, it is because the item has not been detected as purchased.
How to download all DLC to play ARK: Survival Evolved?
There are several options to play ARK: Survival Evolved with all DLC installed. In all we need to have Steam active. After the first way we need to install Tek Launcher, go to our Steam, select the DLC option, select the one we want to download and that’s it.
There is another way which consists of, apart from having Steam active, downloading Arkouda and having either the ARK: Survival Evolved video game or the updated ARK: Survival Of The Fittes video game. Following this, we select option number 8 which is the DLC option and from there we can add the best ARK: Survival Evolved maps that come out in the DLC.
