This is why the company is trying to improve workflows to be more productive in this type of project, which is becoming more common. First of all, the company wanted to focus on colour treatment. For this reason, they have now integrated a completely new colour management system into Premiere Pro. This turns RAW and LOG formats into much more realistic content when working in the program based on imported content.
We are talking about a new system that normalizes the tones of each video clip we work with to obtain higher quality in the shortest time possible.
This is how to improve performance in video editing
As we mentioned before, one of the company’s main goals is to provide better performance in the video editor. That’s why improved hardware acceleration has also been integrated, including work with codecs such as AVC and HEVC. The company claims that exporting high-resolution content is now up to 3 times faster than in previous versions of Premiere Pro.
It is also worth knowing that new compatibility with other cameras has been added to be able to work together with these devices.
What’s new in Adobe After Effects
Another of the company’s applications that has just been updated is Adobe After Effects. In this specific case, Adobe wants to highlight the possibility of carrying out animation and video editing projects by animating and mixing 3D objects with 2D sequences and objects.
In turn, the company highlights three important new features that have now reached the aforementioned Adobe After Effects.
- Embedded 3D animations.
- Ultra-realistic shadows and color shadows.
- Depth maps for 3D models.
The aim is to take working with three-dimensional objects to another level, mixed with real-world clips. All this in order to obtain much more advanced video compositions with minimal effort using these Adobe programs.
