This new NAS is aimed at small and medium-sized video editing companies, which need a NAS server where they can carry out all the video exporting very quickly, to optimize their productivity to the maximum. This equipment has a really small size, so it is perfect to place it directly on a table. This CPU has 64-bit x86 architecture and with an Intel Iris Xe graphics processor, it also incorporates floating point unit, hardware encryption engine and hardware video transcoding like the previous Intel i3. This processor is linked to a RAM memory of 16GB capacity, it is not expandable since it goes directly on the motherboard.

Regarding the storage of SSD units in this NAS, we have a total of 5 PCIe Gen3 x2 ports where we can connect up to 5 E1.S SSD units, although here we could also connect regular M.2 2280 NVMe units without problems, since it has the pre-installed adapters in case you do not have this type of E1.S SSD units. Of course, this equipment allows you to remove SSD units hot, and also has SSD cache acceleration, although taking into account that everything will be SSD it is not necessary to have this functionality.
