If you were born in the eighties or nineties, you grew up with them. Goku and the others are part of the television history of a generation that stuck to the screen waiting for a new episode and went out into the schoolyard imitating the powerful vital wave. Now that these boys and girls are around 30 and 40 years old, we can once again see one of the best series of our childhood and one of the best animes in history and that today we all remember with special affection: Dragon Ball. But where can we see all the Dragon Ball episodes again? We see the options.
In 2022, Dragon Ball returned to television thanks to the Comedy Central channel and we could see all the episodes of the original series and Dragon Ball Z on demand, but now access to these episodes and to Dragon Balls has become difficult. Although it is difficult to see the classic episodes again, for now, there are ways to see Goku again in the most recent series or seasons of him. And we explain how.
How to watch Comedy Central
During 2022 we were able to see Dragon Ball through Comedy Central. In August 2022, the channel began promoting the series and Dragon Ball Z arrived on the channel, as we told ADSLZone. Since September 2022, the episodes could be seen every day, Monday through Friday, at 6:40 p.m. on the Comedy Central channel. But currently we can no longer see Dragon Ball on this channel, it is no longer broadcast.
But you can keep the broadcast in mind in case, at some point, the channel re-airs all the episodes again. How can we watch Comedy Central? Comedy Central is included in the television packages of practically all the operators that we can contract with this option. It is included among the channels available if you contract Movistar+ but also on Orange TV or Vodafone TV. In addition, all the Euskatel Group television packs include it in their channel grid: we can watch it with Telelecable, Mundo R, Euskaltel or from the Virgin Telco television pack.
But it is not necessary to have a television package contracted with a specific operator because there is another way to watch Comedy Central: with Movistar Plus+ Lite. The Movistar streaming platform is priced at eight euros per month and you can contract it regardless of the operator you have contracted. Among the channels available is Comedy Central and you will be able to watch all the programming included for free.
See Dragon Ball on demand
At the time Comedy Central began broadcasting Dragon Ball episodes, we had the option of watching them with a Movistar Plus+ account without depending on the channel’s programming. We could see them a la carte, in the order we wanted. In addition, Movistar Plus+ included the option to watch Dragon Ball with its five seasons and 153 seasons in total. But we could also watch Dragon Ball Z, the series that continued the story of Goku and the others, and whose episodes have been gradually appearing on the streaming platform since September.
We could watch them online or download them to watch them offline, but Dragon Ball has currently disappeared from the Movistar Plus+ on-demand catalog and, for now, we can’t see Son Gohan, Goku, Krillin, Vegeta, Bulma and the others again. Neither Netflix nor HBO Max nor Amazon Prime Video nor Filmin nor any other platform allows us to watch this anime series, at least for the moment. If it becomes available again at some point, we will update this article so you know where to watch Dragon Ball episodes on demand and which streaming platform to choose.
See Dragon Ball Super
Although you can’t watch Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, or Dragon Ball GT, you can watch the most recent episodes of these characters. We can watch Dragon Ball Super if you have a Crunchyroll account and this is the series that interests you, but the episodes are also broadcast on Boing, Mediaset’s children’s channel.
From the Boing channel
Dragon Ball Super can be seen on Boing every night starting at eleven o’clock at night, but the website and the channel’s application also have thematic content about this series of Goku and the others. We can see some of the episodes on demand through the Boing application for mobile devices or we can access some games, videos or news related to the animated series.
We cannot see all the episodes on demand in Boing but we can see, from the application, the latest episodes broadcast on the channel and we can watch it from our mobile phone or tablet whenever we want, without depending on the time it is broadcast on television. Also, if you have a decoder or services like Fubo TV, for example, you can also schedule the recording so that all the episodes of the series that are broadcast are stored in the cloud and you can watch them whenever you want.
Via Crunchyroll
If what you want is to see Dragon Ball Super, the series is available via Crunchyroll, the platform specialized in manga and anime. We can see all the episodes of this series in Japanese with subtitles, a total of 131 chapters at the time of writing this article, with 23 minutes each.
But to see it we must have a Crunchyroll account, a premium account. Crunchuroll is priced at 4.99 euros per month or 6.49 euros per month depending on the modality you choose to subscribe. Both give us unlimited access to the library and without ads. Also, we have a 14-day trial to watch Dragon Ball Super on Crunchyroll if we are able to watch the entire series in just two weeks.
