Being part of the clients of large operators is not always a good idea, at least that is what the latest user satisfaction data reflects. Within the top 5 telephone companies, there are neither Vodafone nor Orange nor Movistar. Although, it is not the only surprise that can be seen, since small operators stand out for being the best valued in both fiber and mobile, even in fixed telephony.
The large operators are the ones that add the most clients each year. But, that does not mean that users are always equally happy with the service they receive from these companies. In one of its latest surveys, the OCU collects the opinion of more than 14,000 customers of different operators. So you can know the opinion about Digi, Movistar, O2, Vodafone, Orange, Jazztel… and many other operators. But which is the most valued?
Small operators beat big ones
Every so often it is common to know the opinion of users about their operators. A good way to know whether or not it is worth contracting one of their Internet or mobile rates. On this occasion, the opinion of more than 14,000 customers is assessed on the level of satisfaction when using a mobile line, Internet at home or even a landline.
In general terms, when looking at the results, the large operators do not come out well. And all because within the top 5 of the best-rated operators are some of the small operators that can be hired in Spain. In this case, they triumph above all: Parlem as the best valued, followed by Pepephone. But, what are the data for mobile, fiber and landline?
