Hence precisely why this autonomous community in our country is launching a benefit called Digital Bonus that helps us pay for our connectivity at home. Obviously, all of this is especially indicated for more vulnerable people or families, without work and who need the Internet for their daily lives.
And we must take into consideration that having an online presence in the middle of 2024 and at the gates of 2025 is almost essential. It must be taken into account that these connections are not only used for purposes related to leisure.
In fact, and as an example, many companies only allow us to send the resume through this means, they no longer allow them on paper. In addition, we have the possibility of carrying out multiple procedures related to social security, SEPE or the Tax Agency, just by having a broadband connection.
Therefore, it is important for those citizens who may be considered most vulnerable in our country, that this autonomous community is launching aid belonging to its Digital Bonus program, so that everyone is connected. Below we are going to show you the requirements to meet to benefit from the Digital Bonus offered right now by the autonomous community of Andalusia.
Requirements to request the Andalusian Digital Bonus
First of all we must know that the Andalusian autonomous community will invest 6.7 million euros in this initiative. All of this will allow us to offer around 28,000 digital vouchers to pay for the Internet. This Bonus consists of a discount of a maximum of 240 euros on the Internet bill for one year. This translates into a benefit that citizens will receive in order to reduce this bill by 20 euros.
But of course, in order to request it, you must meet a series of requirements that we mention below. Obviously, the first thing we must take into consideration is that the benefit is aimed only at those registered in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Next we will have to be beneficiaries of one of these other benefits:
- Active Income for Social Insertion.
- Minimum Insertion Income or RMISE.
- Minimum Vital Income or IMV.
- Collect a non-contributory pension recognized in the community of Andalusia.
- Collect unemployment benefits for those over 52 years of age.
