@tranquilonef Hello, Juan Ignacio. You have the PUK in your customer area or Mi Orange App and in the plastic holder in which you received your SIM card.

Get the PUK through the app

Orange allows you to consult our PUK using the orange operator’s own application. Although, to do this, it is essential that we remember the access password. To enter the Orange application it is not necessary that we have the SIM unlocked, since we can make use of any WiFi connection that we have around us or from another mobile phone of a friend or family member using our credentials.

On the main screen we will have to choose our mobile line and click on the “My Line” button and, immediately after, access “Manage your SIM”. Once the drop-down menu appears, the PUK code is the eight-digit number found after the text “PUK Code” and a series of numbers.

Using WhatsApp

Orange offers an alternative way to check our PUK code: through WhatsApp. Achieving it is very simple, since the operator’s virtual assistant will allow us to achieve it in one very easy way. We have to contact this number from an Orange mobile line that is included in our contract: 653 85 00 85. It is essential to comply with this condition for security reasons.

If it is the first time that we use this channel, we will have to accept the conditions of service and, then, we will be able to access a normal conversation, as if it were any other contact. If you write to us “Check my PUK”the bot will automatically return said code that we will then have to enter into our phone.

If we restart our device, the system itself will request the PUK code in order to recover our normality. If you do not make this request, we will have to enter the following code: **05*PUK*newPIN*newPIN#. A few seconds later, our mobile will be unlocked and we can start using it normally using the PIN code that we entered in the previous command.
