More than anything, because thanks to the Movistar Transparency Center, whose objective is to provide users with control and responsible use of their data in a simple and secure way through TV, you will have the option of managing your information whenever you want.
And it is that, Movistar Plus + already has this service available that we can access through television. This is a tool that will allow users to view, in addition to knowing in detail, the information they generate related to Movistar services with the maximum guarantee of privacy and security.
Keep in mind that it is not something new, since last year it was included as an extra function within its mobile app, Mi Movistar, in addition to the fact that we also found it on your main website. The novelty is that it comes to television, so that users can check their personal data from their TV.
Manage the data from the deco
As we mentioned, now this tool makes the leap to television and is available with new features for both customers with Movistar’s UHD decoder and UDH Smart WiFi decoder. Also, if you want to try it right now from home, we will tell you what the steps to follow will be.
To enter the Transparency Center from the TV you will only need to enter the My Movistar tab in the Movistar Plus+ menu and click on the Transparency Center section. It’s that simple. Within this functionality, you can consult the following data:
- You will see the consumption of Movistar Plus+ on-demand content (times of consumption, type of content and genre most viewed, favorite time of the week to view this content…).
- You will have at your disposal the information related to the contracted fixed and mobile lines, such as the number of calls, their duration or the average consumption of mobile data.
- You can see the contracted products with updated information on the packages or services purchased with Movistar.
- Within this tool you also have the possibility of downloading a transparency report with a breakdown of all the data.
