Watching television in 4K resolution is a delight that we cannot always do. There are not many operators’ television channels that broadcast in this image quality, so it is always good news to see that some like Movistar include one of them on their dial.

The new Movistar Plus+ channel in UHD resolution arrives just in time to be able to watch the Australian Open 2024 in the best possible image quality. We tell you how to watch this new 4K channel.

Eurosport 4K returns to Movistar

The first major tennis tournament of the year begins on January 14 and will conclude on the 28th of the same month. On this occasion, it is Eurosport that has the rights to the first Grand Slam of 2024, but the channel can be seen on some operators such as Movistar. Until now, the sports channel had two dials reserved on the blue operator: dial 72 (Eurosport 1) and dial 73 (Eurosport 2).

Although the preliminary phase of the competition has already begun, it will be next Sunday the 14th or shortly before when the broadcast of this channel will begin on Movistar television, whose programming is already available on the operator’s website. The channel and that same numbering is an old acquaintance of the blue operator’s television programming. Last year it also appeared just in time for the start of the ocean competition and could also be seen in 4K resolution Roland Garros in the month of May.
