All Eurosport channels that were being tested on Movistar Plus+ are now available. The 2024 Olympic Games in Paris begin on July 26 and the blue operator’s television is already ready to receive this massive sporting event that brings together all kinds of disciplines better than ever.

Up to 10 channels are already available on Movistar television so that its subscribers can watch the Olympic Games in full, which will take place in a few days and end on August 11. And, like other streaming platforms or televisions from other operators, Movistar Plus+ was not going to be any different. For this reason, it incorporates this entire selection of new channels temporarily to cover better than ever each of the sports that will be enjoyed during these Olympics.

Available on the UHD decoder and Movistar OTT

Regardless of the Movistar Plus+ package you have available, Eurosport channels are available to all customers with the blue operator’s television. Even for those who are directly subscribed to the operator’s OTT. Unlike what has happened on other occasions, these temporary dials are available to everyone and not just to customers with the Movistar sports TV package.

In other years, only the rest of the users had access to Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2. But, for this occasion, the operator decides to give access to all its subscribers. This is because “Movistar Plus+ has developed a unique experience for sports lovers who enjoy Paris 2024 on Eurosport channels through the platform.”

Paris 2024 Olympic Games

This news is certainly a great surprise for the Spanish operator’s television customers. These 10 channels can be seen in all TV packages. Even the Eurosport 4K channel is also available on devices, just as it was some time ago with the dial for Roland Garros.

In any case, these are the new temporary sports channels to watch the full 2024 Paris Olympics on Movistar Plus+:

  • Eurosport 1 on channel 72
  • Eurosport 2 on channel 73
  • Eurosport 3 on channel 180
  • Eurosport 4 on channel 181
  • Eurosport 5 on channel 182
  • Eurosport 6 on channel 183
  • Eurosport 7 on channel 184
  • Eurosport 8 on channel 185
  • Eurosport 9 on channel 186
  • Eurosport 4K on channel 444

It should be noted that, until now, most of these channels were in testing mode. First, Eurosport channels 7, 8 and 9 appeared on the virtual decoder. And from now on, each and every one of these sports channels can be enjoyed from Movistar’s OTT and the UHD decoder.

In this way, subscribers will have access to “more than 800 hours of live coverage on 10 channels Eurosport 1 (channel 72) and Eurosport 2 (channel 73) + eight occasional channels including Eurosport 4K (channel 444) with 200 hours in UHD with the best competitions and ceremonies,” as explained by the operator. There is even an exclusive section on the interface and a Multisport channel on channel 11 that offers multi-screen access to some of the most important events that are taking place simultaneously.
