The OCU (Organization of Consumers and Users) every time makes known the opinion of its users on different topics, in this case, it is the turn to know which operators are best valued by its partners. And contrary to what many may think, the giants are not among the favorites, as is the case of Movistar, Orange, Vodafone…

To compile this data, the Organization of Consumers and Users has taken into account the opinion of up to 14,000 users about each of the services that have contracts with a telephone company. In this way, they have prepared a table in which they rate the operators for their fiber and mobile services. They can be found from large operators to smaller companies, so you may find several surprises in this ranking.

The best fiber operator

There is no doubt that having good Internet at home is an important detail for all users, as reflected by the members who responded to this survey. And although the connection through ADSL is also taken into account, in this case we are only going to take into account the fiber-only plans of the different operators that fall within the OCU data. Above all, because 84% of people have fiber optics in their homes.

The ranking of operators by the quality of their Internet-only rates is as follows:

  • Parlem – 85 points
  • Simyo – 84 points
  • Pepephone – 82 points
  • O2 – 81 points
  • Digi – 80 points
  • Guuk – 75 points
  • Lowi – 74 points
  • Movistar – 73 points
  • Telecable – 72 points
  • Virgin – 71 points
  • R – 71 points
  • Jazztel – 71 points
