BLUETTI puts its AC60 solar generator on sale in Europe, which can be accompanied by a B80 expansion battery to be the perfect combination for all the energy needs you have in your day to day.
There’s a lot power stations on the market, but not all of them can meet today’s needs. The small ones do not usually have a very high energy capacity, while the larger ones become complicated to handle, so at BLUETTI they thought of bringing together the best of each neighborhood and creating a unit capable of being portable and having a customizable capacity for adapt to any scenario.
BLUETTI AC60: your next portable solar generator
Beginning with BLUETTI AC60We are talking about a unit that only weighs 9.1 kilos, so it is really easy to transport and move as you need. Despite this very tight weight and its size of 290 mm x 205 mm (length x width), it is capable of providing a 403Wh capacity (18 Ah).
To give you a better idea with examples, a complete charging cycle of the BLUETTI AC60 allows you to have 1.3 hours of an ice maker (250W), more than 5 hours of a mini fridge (60W) or charge a phone more than 21 times mobile (15W). As we can see, the AC60 can power several essential devices abroad, being the necessary ally for extend the hours of outdoor fun.
In order not to waste the stored energy capacity, it has the ECO modeby which the AC60 automatically turns off if it detects that there is nothing connected that needs charging, thus saving battery for when you really need it.
It should also be noted that it is a resistant model and that it has protection rating IP65so dust and water will not have to worry us thanks to the exterior materials such as the plastic case or the waterproof rubber, which makes it a perfect power source for outdoor activities such as, for example, camping on the beach/river and more.
The BLUETTI AC60 supports multiple types of charging, highlighting solar charging with panels for being the most ecological, but it can also be connected to a wall socket, to the car or to an acid battery. Charging time varies by method, but thanks to its efficient BMS (Battery Management System), the AC60 can charge from 0% to 80% in 45 minutes and fully in just 1.2 hours.
This power generator has a nominal power of 600W, enough for most devices that you are thinking of connecting, but you can also activate a power boost mode to deliver up to 1,200W output to effortlessly power more power-hungry devices like drills, sandwich makers, or coffee makers.
The AC60 is equipped with LiFePO₄ (Lithium Ferro-Phosphate) battery cells to ensure a longer service life: more than 3,000 charging cycles (10 years of service life) and greater safety during operation. Also included is a 6 year warranty and first-class technical support for added peace of mind.
More and better with the B80 expansion battery
If we need more capacity and therefore more autonomy, we can add one or more expansion batteries B80. As one of the maxims of the AC60 was portability, the BLUETTI B80 will not raise the set too much, since they weigh 9.88 kilos with measurements similar to the AC60, equivalent to the volume of a shoebox.
In addition to being an expansion battery for the AC60, the B80 can work as a power bank and charge other devices such as EB3A, EB55, EB70 and AC180. Each B80 we connect will add another 806 Wh of capacity to the power pool. This capacity can be used to charge a smartphone 43 times, a laptop 10 times or more than 60 hours of lighting. B80 can be recharged independently by power cord or solar panels, as well as be charged in conjunction with AC60.
For example, adding two sets of B80 batteries to the AC60 we will get an increase of 403 Wh to 2015 Wh, giving you plenty of backup power to run your fridges, projectors and lights for nights and days. Like the AC60, it is also rated IP65 waterproof and dustproof.
