Therefore, Gmail has this option in its email platform, since it stores deleted messages in a section dedicated to them called “Trash”. So, to access your email trash, the first step is to log in to the email account you’ve created in Gmail.
Once there, you must go to the menu that is shown on the left side of your home window in Gmail and move said menu to the option identified as “More”. In the menu that will be displayed, you must access the “Trash” option.

Is it possible to recover messages that I have already deleted from the trash?
Unfortunately, after being deleted from the recycle bin, either because they are more than 30 days old or because we have deleted them manually, it is not possible to recover them on our own. However, in some exceptional cases (such as a compromised account) it is possible to contact Gmail directly so that they can try to recover them from their servers, but it should be noted that this is not guaranteed.
