In a world where digital applications reign so that we have access to all types of procedures, watch series and movies or enjoy messaging tools to communicate with our family members, many times we do not have enough time to download them all. But what can be even worse is that, when changing devices, you are forced to install them one by one. All of this can be avoided by using two tricks that will save you some valuable minutes.

The digital age has brought about a host of substantial changes and now we can no longer live without our smartphone every time we perform any type of task. Whether to search for information, consult social networks or send a message by email. Everything is possible through a mobile phone, and now more than ever we use dozens of applications to carry out all our daily tasks.

But the problem comes when you need to install several applications that can take a long time, so you end up downloading only a few and continuing with the rest the next day. If you don’t want to keep track of installing apps individually, there are some ways to install them all at once.

Use Google Play Store

You may not have realized it, but in October 2024, Google released an update to the Play Store to allow you to install two applications simultaneously on your Android mobile. This means that there is no need to wait for the first application to install to do the same with the second. To do this, you must have the most recent Play Store update or use at least version 40.6.31.

To make sure, go to the Google Play Store, tap your profile photo, and go to Settings. Once there, go to the Information section and scroll down to see the version you have installed. If you don’t have the latest one, you can click Update Play Store.

Now, to install two applications, all you have to do is find the first one and tap the Install button. Then, do the same with the second one. Play Store will start downloading and installing both at the same time.

With a file manager

If you have APK files on your phone, you can install bulk files using a browser. You can download the one that suits you best, for example EX File Manager, ASTRO File Manager or RS File Manager. Any of them will help you group all the applications and select them to be installed at the same time.

If you use RS File Manager, the way to install APK files en masse is by clicking on the top left of the app to touch the menu and select Internal Storage to view the documents that are inside your mobile.

Then, open the folder containing the APK apps and long-press the first one. Then, press the others with a touch and proceed to install them. When you have selected the ones you consider necessary, press More and choose Install. In this case, it is not the most productive option, since they will be installed consecutively, so you must be careful to tap Install on each one.
