Lowi has been one of the last companies to make changes to its portfolio to accommodate more contracting options with its convergent rates. And it has recently included the possibility of purchasing a Netflix subscription at a reduced price. I tried to unsubscribe, but when I saw the conditions, something changed my decision.

However, Lowi is not new to this, since months ago it began the digital era of streaming with the launch of Amazon Prime Video, with all the advantages that this entails, such as free shipping, offers on numerous Prime items or the possibility of accessing Amazon Music.
However, and like many other companies do, Lowi integrates the famous Standard plan with ads from the big N. In the end, it is not crazy, since its purpose is to make its rates as cheap as possible and make the prices attractive. However, this was one of the reasons why I wanted to cancel immediately, but one of the requirements added to the rate contract made me change my mind.

Someone may not mind seeing ads when you are paying for a subscription on an online video platform, that is their right. But the truth is that for many others it is quite frustrating to watch a series or a movie and have advertising pop up from time to time. Therefore, being a Lowi customer, I believed in the possibility of improving my conditions by linking my existing account and keeping my list of pending programs. And so it was.
The operator allows you to add the Standard or Premium Netflix membership to your bill, which are the ones that omit any advertising spot. In addition, you will not have to pay the full month if you make the change in the middle of that period. Lowi highlights that the fee will be prorated between the current plan and the new plan.
