Lowi has just announced the launch of four new tariffs that combine its fibre and mobile services with a Netflix subscription. The operator is thus responding to one of the most common requests it receives from its users.

Streaming continues to be one of the pillars on which the new rates of many of the operators present in our country are based. And, of course, among the different platforms, Netflix is one of those that is in the lead, both in popularity and in its presence in the operators’ services. Now it is Lowi that is combining the platform with its rates to reach a greater number of people.

Two different tariff categories

This alliance signed by Lowi and Netflix is materialized in the form of four new rates that respond more than efficiently to the services and prices that users most often look for. The operator’s objective is that users can access a proposal that perfectly fits their needs and, at the same time, provides them with the best level of entertainment.

Mobile phone with Netflix user interface

It should also be noted that the four rates are divided into two categories. On the one hand, there are the FIT rates, which are those in which users get the operator’s own fibre. And, on the other hand, there are the Non-FIT rates, which, logically, offer the opposite service. Depending on the interests of each user, they can opt for one rate or another, but always assuming that they will have a Netflix subscription within the package.

These are the new plans

That said, starting with the FIT rates, we find a 300 Mb fiber plan that includes a mobile line with 30 GB of data and a Netflix subscription for a price of 25 euros. This is the cheapest option that can be found in these Netflix packs that Lowi has launched and that are available from today. If we talk about the other FIT rate, it is the one that includes 600 Mb Fiber for users who want more speed, also incorporating an improvement in mobile data up to 50 GB. In this case, the price to pay will be 31 euros.

Moving on to non-FIT rates, the 300 Mb fibre with the same mobile data as in the equivalent case of the FIT rate and Netflix, is priced at 35 euros. And as for the 600 Mb fibre rate, we find it with the same 50 GB of data and Netflix in a non-FIT connection for a monthly cost of 41 euros.

New Lowi rates with Netflix in September 2024

Lowi also mentions that the four fibre, mobile and Netflix plans are available not only for new subscribers, but also for those who already have a Lowi contract. In the latter case, they could easily change the rate in order to adjust it to their needs once they have obtained a Netflix subscription.

With these new features, Lowi is showing that it is keeping up to date with user requests, since access to a top-class streaming service like Netflix has been in demand for some time. Now it remains to be seen how the public reacts and whether these rates with Netflix end up being successful or providing Lowi with a significant increase in its users. It is also a good bet by the operator on streaming, which could open other doors to the launch of more combined services as offered by other operators. We must not forget that Lowi was already offering the Prime service for 1 year as you can see in the image accompanying these lines.
