Orange signs a new alliance and its customers will benefit

Orange is one of the main telephone operators in our country, but it has been working for some time to offer its customers much more. We are not only talking about television, but other services such as mobile banking or insurance. With this agreement with another large entity such as MAPFRE, the orange operator is also preparing to offer services in another branch: health. We tell you more about it.

This agreement between the two entities will lead Orange to offer health-related services, both to its private clients, freelancers and companies. This agreement was signed by Jean François Fallacher, CEO of Orange Spain, and José Manuel Inchausti, Vice President of MAPFRE and CEO of the company in Iberia, at the latter’s headquarters in Majadahonda, Madrid.

A modern health proposal for Orange

Thanks to this agreement between Orange and MAPFRE, the orange operator’s customers will have access to a good number of new health-related services. These services include immediate video consultation, medical chat, symptom evaluators, psychology and nutrition services segmented by pathology and age. With all these services, Orange customers will be able to enjoy a modern and up-to-date health offer.

All this offer of services related to health, well-being and quality of life will be offered under conditions that will be advantageous for Orange customers, but we will still have to wait a bit to find out the prices and rates. These services will make it possible to bring quality medical care closer to all individuals and families through a relationship of trust, freedom, professionalism and transparency.

In addition to all this proposal, the possibility will also be added for Orange clients, through Orange Insurance Mediation, to be able to access different health insurance policies from MAPFRE, one of the most important companies in its sector with a wide medical directory that allows you to choose between more than 40,000 contracted services and 1,200 medical centers, with management that is 100% digital thanks to its app.
