If you work very often with social networks, whether because you are a content creator, social media professional, community manager or entrepreneur, any help will be little when it comes to speeding up the process of writing and creating posts for the platforms. In this case, we are going to propose Copilot, the Windows AI, as a possible assistant that can help you in writing these posts.

You should know that Copilot may not be as complete in including specific information as other artificial intelligence tools, but if you use a Windows PC, you can benefit from the convenience of having it already integrated into your system.

In addition, Copilot has integrations with WhatsApp or Telegram, which will allow you to use it on these networks if you use communities in them to spread content, or also if you want to use Copilot from your mobile phone, be it Android or iPhone.

Use Copilot on mobile

The integration of Copilot with WhatsApp and Telegram allows you to use it in these apps from your mobile, not depending on having access to a computer or a Microsoft account to help you create your publications on social networks. You can copy and paste their response from WhatsApp to the social network you want, edit the post with correct information, and that’s it.

To use it on WhatsApp, we simply have to scan the QR code available on the Microsoft website, which we see in the image below, and click on Accept when it asks us in the chat to accept its terms and conditions.

When we have accepted these terms, we can send you a message such as: “Can you help me write a post on LinkedIn promoting an article about a new Amazon Kindle model?” The bad thing is that, as we have verified, it is useless to send it a URL of the article itself, since it is not able to read it and returns an error message.

As we said, we will have to review all the information you give us and edit it, since you are probably making it up. Even so, his message will serve as a structured model for us.

Using it on Telegram will be very similar, although this time we will not need to scan a QR. All you have to do is search for ‘Microsoft Copilot’ in the app’s search bar.

Use Copilot on PC

To use this AI assistant in writing posts, just follow these steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click the Copilot icon in the top right corner, or launch the Microsoft Copilot app on your PC.
  2. Write your query according to your needs. For example: write a post on LinkedIn to launch a new blog / write a post on Facebook to promote an article about (x).
  3. Copy and paste the response to your social media account, edit it with more precise information if you need to, and publish it.

It’s nothing more than that, and it’s not much different from what you can do with ChatGPT and others, but at least you can consider using Copilot if it hadn’t occurred to you before.
