Not all young people who have received the 2024 Young Cultural Bonus know what to spend it on. Without a doubt, in this list you can check in which physical and online sales stores you can spend this help, however, there are a series of streaming platforms in which you may be interested. Especially if you don’t want to be paying a monthly subscription when it could be free.

Use the bonus on these platforms

Up to 400 euros is what is received thanks to this bonus for young people from the Government of Spain. And it is an aid that can be requested when turning 18 years old. However, it is not an aid that can be spent on anything. Although, there are streaming platforms where it is worth using this bonus. One of the big bets of this aid is that it allows you to spend money on cultural products, so if you have just received the bonus, then you can subscribe to the following platforms:

  • Movistar Plus+: you pay only 39 euros for the year, that is, you can enjoy 8 free months of Movistar Plus+.
  • Spotify: you have to go to a store and buy Spotify Premium cards (at MediaMarkt, El Corte Inglés or similar). The maximum amount is 4 cards, which represents a cost of only 40 euros.
  • Disney+: you can use the bonus card to have up to 4 months free subscription to Disney+.
  • Netflix: you need to buy gift cards from the platform with the Young Cultural Bonus and then redeem the code.
  • Prime Video: it cannot be redeemed directly, but you can purchase Amazon E-gift cards to redeem for an Amazon Prime subscription.
  • DAZN: you must buy gift cards with DAZN codes in physical stores and then redeem the subscription code.

PC with Disney+The maximum that is allowed to be spent is 100 euros (of the 400 euros that are available within the Youth Cultural Bonus). For this reason, it can only be used for a few months. Even so, it is a help with which you are saving paying the price of one of the different plans of these streaming services.

Furthermore, although not all streaming platforms allow you to redeem the bonus card directly on their websites, it is true that you can buy gift cards with codes that can later be redeemed. And although the process is longer, you will still be able to save.

Remember that you have 100 euros available for digital or online consumption, in addition to another 200 euros for live arts and 100 euros for cultural products in physical format.
