At the moment and in a good part of Spanish territory, the price of renting a home is through the roof, something that many of you know first-hand. This means that all those who cannot access a mortgage to buy their home and have to use this modality will be forced to pay a good amount month after month.

There is no doubt that when looking for the best rental that suits our needs, we are going to have to look at many options. On most occasions what we do is visit in person those places in which we might be interested so that they can inform us of the cost and physically see the house. But it would also be very interesting to have a series of approximate price ranges so that we can get an idea of those prices.

How to see the cost of rent throughout Spain

Here we are going to find a map of our country that of course we can enlarge or reduce to focus on a certain area. In the upper left corner we find a sliding bar where we can specify our monthly income so that the rentals that will appear on said map are filtered.
Likewise, we have a search engine where we only have to choose the city in which we want to know the rental price of the home at this time. Once we are located in the specific area where we want to know the rental price, we can move the mouse pointer through the different streets. At this moment a small window will appear indicating the average price, as well as different percentages of what citizens of the area pay per square meter.
