This summer if you go on vacation to the beach and you are a Vodafone customer, you will not have coverage problems with 5G. Basically because the red operator has decided to improve its signal and the capacity of its fifth generation network due to the increase in users connected to this mobile network during the summer. Although, in this case, it has only chosen to improve its connection to the Andalusian beaches.

Vodafone Spain improves both its coverage and the capacity of its 5G network on Andalusian beaches. This new measure carried out by the red operator is due to the fact that the population increases greatly during the summer season. So they want to avoid connection problems and, above all, that not all their users are left without using this mobile network.

25% better than before

Vodafone decides to intensify its 5G network coverage for the beaches of Andalusia. And all with the aim of offering the best experience, connectivity and speed of Internet access to its users during their summer holidays this year.

More than anything, because they are aware that a significant population increase is expected during this season, so it is a measure that they have wanted to carry out to improve their connection. Specifically, they have reinforced their 5G network by 25%.

It must be taken into account that this new reinforcement is also part of the deployment of the 5G network on the 700 MHz frequency. And, this improvement carried out by the telephone company is also planned within its plan to reach 170 municipalities Andalusians and more than 6 million inhabitants in the region this year.

What are the beaches?

The operator has improved its fifth-generation mobile signal on up to 221 beaches in the provinces of Almería, Málaga, Granada, Cádiz and Huelva given the expected increase in mobile broadband traffic this summer.
