As he mentions, what you need to do is copy the Windows 11 theme files in a version up to 24H2 and then take them to Windows 10 in versions between 20H1 and 22H2. The moment you do this, you will see that, although the animations remain the same as those in Windows 10, the graphic style of the scroll bars, buttons and other elements will have changed to that of Windows 11.
In order to copy the files, they recommend that you use a program like Iobit Unlocker, which will allow you to move the Resources folder from Windows 11 to Windows 10. The change will not be revolutionary, but you will see modified elements such as those we have mentioned and others that also recover the appearance they have in Windows 11.
