The thing is that many users of this operator are already getting in touch to receive it in their homes, but what are the conditions that are already known to give it to you?
The new fiber and mobile customers already receive the new router with Wi -Fi 7 of the Orange operator for free. Although, this is not what really attracts attention, but for a few days, customers can already contact Orange to know if they can receive free or not this new operator model.
The conditions that are already known
There are many customers who have tried luck to try to get the new Livebox 7 router of one of Masorange’s key brands for free. And all because since January 21, 2025, some of Orange operator’s clients are already lucky enough to hire it, as long as a series of conditions are met. The thing is that they are not yet known in much detail, but some points that the orange operator have been revealed.
Of course, it must be remembered that this model does not have the homologation for indirect fiber through Movistar fiber, so you can only use customers with direct coverage on Masorange networks. In addition, there are two variants: one with triple ZTE band (2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz) and another with Coble Band of Arcadyan (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz).
From the Orange community, moderators warn that you have to look at the contract at that time with the aim of seeing “if you qualify” to receive it or not. So it is one of the first points that must be taken into account in case you get in touch with your customer service, whether by telephone or by chat. Therefore, it must be clear that the new model with Wifi 7 is already available, but it will not arrive massively for all customers.
Even if you get in touch with the telephone company, it will notify you of three key aspects. First of all you will receive it for free at home, but the client must pay the shipping costs of 9.95 euros and must meet 12 more months of permanence.
Now, not all of Orange’s subscribers are lucky enough to receive it now. Therefore, the operator warns that they will contact you later. Above all, because from the Teleco they warn that the shipping campaign has not yet begun for everyone, so at the time you start, then they will notify you. On the other hand, if when you call on the phone (number 1470) or talk via chat they tell you that you can already have it, then within 48 hours you will have it at home, as long as you assume the commitment to permanence and the payment of the Shipping expenses.
