All about the new electric!
This is the Renault Mégane E-Tech Electric, a name that is not accidental because there is also a Tech Hybrid that has a thermal engine on board. This one here, however, is brand new and has nothing to do with its combustion sibling. It is based on a platform that Renault shares with Nissan, and belongs to a category that will be hotly contested for the foreseeable future: electric compacts.
We are facing the 60 kWh version. This is the top variant, with which, in theory, you can drive up to 450 kilometers on a charge. And this is the autonomy that we are going to check today in a realistic test. Although, before that, we will also analyze other aspects of the model such as its interior space, its aesthetics and everything that the buyer is interested in. And that is, it all adds up.
For example, we highlight that the space for the knees is correct, although the fall of the ceiling complicates the comfort of tall occupants. 440 liters await behind the tailgate, although the format is not so practical in this trunk. Its cabin is modern, it is technological, and its aesthetics also invites you to think like this. A car that will surely star in a tough fight in the segment.
