The German brand revives one of the brand’s mythical models, the Regina, which by 2023 adopts the name Horex Regina Evo.

As we remember, Horex is best known for its premium naked equipped with an exclusive closed V six-cylinder engine, the VR6. Well, now they incorporate a simpler motorcycle, but no less premium for that.

It is a single-seat retro naked but made exclusively with hi-tech premium materials and the latest batch, a mixture of old fashion and high technology.

The seat is made with 3D printing.

Thus, the double cradle chassis is made entirely of plastic and carbon fiber -CFRP, manufactured by the main partner which is the specialized carbon company 3C-Carbon Group AG-, as is the double-sided swingarm.

There is more CFRP in the subframe that supports the single seat, in the fenders and in the circular headlight housing, which is full LED and with the DRL lights forming an H.

And the seat is also state-of-the-art, because it is made with 3D printing, probably with an SLS printer, and it can be customized to suit the client.

The retro cut tail light, full led, is installed on the rear fender made of CFRP.

The Horex Regina Evo is a classic naked but made with hi-tech materials

The chrome fuel tank with red fillets, and the two exhaust outlets with megaphone-shaped silencers, finish off a very retro look.

As for instrumentation, it equips an LCD screen embedded in the headlight housing.

If we talk about its suspensions, it mounts a conventional fork with covered bars -and that imitates the 1950 Regina- and a rear monoshock absorber in Cantilever, and the rims are spoked and 18”.

Every corner of the bike has very careful details.

In the brakes section, it is equipped with a double 260 mm front disc bitten by axially anchored Beringer calipers, with a very retro look. Back equips a second disc of 240 mm.

To move the Regina, a single-cylinder 600 cc -4T, LC, 4V, DOHC, IE- engine is mounted, which offers 48 CV, ideal for the A2 license. It is the least technological part, the most common, and surely of Asian origin.

With all these details, the final weight is only 133 kg, a very interesting figure that will surely make this Regina a very manageable and fun motorcycle.
The brand has not specified price or availability, although it will surely be produced in a limited series and on request.
