Let’s start from the front, asking ourselves a question: What has happened here? On the one hand, we have a much wider grill, which is now somewhat reminiscent of the Austral or the new Espace. In the middle, we have the new Renault logo, which somewhat fuses modern and retro design. A little further down we see larger air inlets, at least in their aesthetics, and they are attached to these decorative elements that enhance the width.
But the biggest change is in the headlights, which have a completely new design. Before here we had a “C” shape, with a stripe for daylight, but now we have horizontal leds that run from top to bottom, which also enhances a more imposing look. Others are content to change the graphic of the lights, but here they have done a total renovation.
We go to the side and here it is clear that we are facing a mere facelift. Other than details like this Alpine badge and new tires, everything remains the same, like the measurements. It is still a 4.5-meter car, with a height of 1.44 and a total width of 1.99, but it gives me that they include the rear-view mirrors, otherwise they would be 1.80.
