This is the Audi RS e-tron GT Ice Race Concept, and it is inspired by the legendary Audi Sport Quattro. And of course, this says a lot about him. We are talking about a modified version of the Audi RS e-tron GT that has been optimized for use on ice and snow, a car that has a May 28 debut date. Its inspiration has been the model that dominated the World Rally Championship in the 1980s.

“It’s time to change gears and embrace the future of performance. The Audi RS e-tron GT Ice Race Concept is ready to break the ice. Get ready to witness a unique foil designed to push the limits of what you thought possible. With an impeccable combination of tradition and innovation, this prototype is designed to dominate the road, kicking up the snow no matter the season and embracing progress you can feel.

In the image, the electric concept of Audi shines with shades of gray, purple and white, with a body with vinyls reminiscent of the Audi Sport Quattro. Of course, it is based on the Audi RS e-tron GT, a model that was launched in February 2021. Let’s remember that it has two electric motors that together deliver 646 hp and 830 Nm of torque to accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 3.3 seconds and reach a top speed of 250 km/h.

The RS e-tron GT battery has a capacity of 93 kWh and allows a range of up to 472 km according to WLTP. The conceptual version that will be presented very soon is destined to participate in several ice races, and the brand already has a team to fight for victory in these competitions. Its director is Simon Bracco, head of the production line for vehicles with internal combustion engines in the B segment.
