To celebrate its 120th anniversary, Royal Enfield is launching a limited edition of its Twin range. Royal Enfield celebrates 120 years of history, a milestone that very few firms can boast of, especially when we consider that the British-Indian house is still active and fitter than ever. In order not to lose good customs in this type of case, Royal Enfield will market commemorative editions of the new Interceptor and Continental GT 650, models that have been decisive in the global expansion of the brand and the success obtained in recent years.
They will be distinguished from the standard versions by an attractive and elegant decoration, highlighted by an exclusive black chrome color that has been specially developed in the workshops of the original manufacturing plant in Thiruvottiyur, Chennai (India). This is used for the fuel tank and the fibers but, at the same time, to maintain that sober and elegant style of these commemorative versions, some components such as the engine, the silencer, the chassis or the suspensions have also been darkened in a varied range of black tones.

A very original detail of these 120th anniversary versions will be their tank anagrams, which are made by hand in brass as in the first years of the brand. They will also have a badge on the top of the tank that will show the serial number of each unit, and a 120-year commemorative sticker on the side panel. Finally, to highlight the overall design, the motorcycles will also come equipped with a wide range of original accessories in black, such as windscreens, engine guards, heel guards or handlebar end mirrors, among others.

Only 480 units will be sold worldwide, spread over 60 units of the Interceptor 650 and 60 more of the Continental GT 650 for each of the markets of Europe, India, the region of Southeast Asia and the Americas respectively. Given the exclusivity of these motorcycles, they can only be purchased through an online sale that has been scheduled for March 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. peninsular time through the official Royal Enfield website. The allocation for the Spanish and Portuguese market together is only 11 Interceptor 650 units at a price of €9,600 and 11 Continental GT 650 units at €9,800.
In the 120th Anniversary Registration Info, a space has been included so that those interested can register prior to the date of the online sale, where they will receive the necessary information about the purchase process.
